THE PROBLEM:
Citi’s current job portal is an obstacle for applicants and doesn’t reflect the work being done by FinTech Design
As a 200+ year old organization, Citi is seen as more archaic than state-of-the-art by the creatives we hope to hire, and interested applicants get lost in the labyrinth of the existing Citi Career Portal.
THE SOLVE:
Build a site dedicated to showcasing FinTech Design and their work.
The caliber of design work is reflected within the look and feel of the site, and the career section is easily accessible and navigable. I contributed location icons and other visual elements to the site.
